To prevent weight and health issues later in life, our children and youth need a healthy foundation built on nutrient-rich foods and physical activity.

Our Healthy Eating and Healthy Physical Activity Priority (HEHPA) Group takes a collaborative approach toward improving health by promoting awareness initiatives through Middlesex-London in motion™, supporting active neighbourhoods, developing educational and motivational tools for healthy habits, connecting people with healthy events and activities and measuring health improvements in our community.
